This photography assignment was to gain experience working with clients with a focus on portrait photography. We were restricted to taking the photos outdoors in a local park.
My client for this photo shoot was open to letting me lead as they did not have any particular photos in mind. I chose to use the surrounding nature of the park to frame some photos . This photos was my favourite of the bunch because of it framing and camera angle. The hills create a natural dip for the eyes to move to the face and the sky helps with contrast making the face stand out. The posing helps from making the angle of the photo from being dominating and having an aggressive feel. Rather there is a sense of serenity with the gaze and wind swept hair.
